We want you and your dog to love your Bastavanco collar.

If you’re not completely satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

 

📦 Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

• Item must be unused and in original condition
• Must be returned in original packaging
• No visible wear, damage, or odors

 

🔁 Exchanges

Need a different size or color?

We’re happy to offer exchanges for eligible items.

Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

 

💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval.

If approved:

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
• Please allow 3–7 business days for processing

 

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

• Items showing signs of use
• Final sale or discounted items (if applicable)
• Gift cards

 

📏 Sizing Responsibility

Please review our size guide carefully before purchasing.

We are not responsible for incorrect sizing, but we’re happy to assist with exchanges.

 

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

We will make it right at no additional cost.
